Weight Loss Success Story: From 133 to 121 Pounds

Hello. I’m a teen who recently went from 133 to 121 pounds.
The basics are that you must cut out soda, sugary foods/drinks and drink your 8 glasses of water a day. Also, don’t eat all day long, and don’t overeat. I’m not saying eat next to nothing, you just cannot be constantly snacking and have massive large meals.

Exercise is important. i lost my weight by minimal exercise. I spent a few nights on the treadmill for about an hour and burned 500 calories, but i only did that for a week. you should be exercising every day, its the only way to really burn fat off of your body

Now to food. I used to eat out a lot, i stopped doing that for a few months. also, i stopped having so many artificial foods, switched to danon yogurt, and the “healthy aisle” in the grocery store. Just have your parents buy you all natural food.

Also, fiber is important. while eating healthy foods, i got plenty of it, but if you cannot afford them (theyre pricey) just buy a bottle of metamucil or fiber choice (this is gross but it makes you go to the bathroom but it flushes out your body and you can lose weight quickly)

So yeah, i lost weight all over. everyone is noticing how small i am now! i hated being chunky among my other friends. i still have areas that i want to lose weight, but just by doing what i said, i have lost weight on all areas of my body
