The 3-hour diet doesn’t mean that you need to eat for 3 hours every day but each day eating at every 3 hours. Many people could see this diet as a natural and more comfortable one.
This can happen 6 times during a day – morning, mid morning, noon, mid afternoon, supper and a snack that you can have 3 hours before hitting the sack. The catch is that the 3-hour diet maintains the sugar at stable levels and as such keeping up the metabolism rates.
There are no specific amounts on how much to eat – the diet specifies that things need to be balanced and easily but surely you will start lose weight especially from the belly. Apart from this there isn’t too much abstinence from processed or junk foods. In this diet the theory goes that every food is good as long as all comes down to proper proportions and timing.
For instance the three major meals – breakfast, lunch, supper – should consist of balanced portions of veggies, meat and fruits, as well as carbs. Fats are also tolerated but under a strictly watched limit. The snacks can consist of oatmeal cookies, fruits, or a slice of chocolate mousse. Now you can see why this diet seems appealing to many people.
When seeing from this perspective, the 3-hour diet represents quite a revolutionary dietary plan if we take into account the other diets which are strict on eating all natural foods as long as you are on a diet plan.
The fact that the 3-hour diet is tolerant to the junk food relates more to the idea that due to working program we are kept more out of our homes and as such the need to eat must be satisfied with the junk food available in the downtown fast-food.
The important thing when following the 3-hour diet is to keep the proportion, timing, to do the daily exercises and enjoy the diet as being something that is convenient. The enjoying factor has to be present as in this way you can stay away from the stress that could only add up more weight instead of getting rid of it.
Do not forget about exercising as this one adds up to the metabolism rate that needs to be kept up as well to burn the calories and the fats while exercising. Pay attention to the strictly maintain the eating on timing as starving is not a way to help you lose weight.
The 3-hour diet has proved its results to many people who have tried it, so it is worth trying for you, too; after all you have nothing else to lose, maybe some extra pounds?
