Stay Slim with Spring Diet

Spring has arrived and brought with her a bit of asthenia, and strong desire of each of us to be more fresh, more supple and more beautiful. Beauty chapter refers in particular to figure, skin appearance and diet play a role more than essential to maintain them.

After a winter that has treated us tenure with frost, wind and snow we have to adopt a diet that can provide to the skin all the nutrients it needs, to regain his brilliance and determination:

Water is extremely important to have a beautiful and healthy skin. Make sure you are always hydrated and always drink a glass of water before any effort.

Fish contains oils that help nourish the skin optimal. Eat one serving of salmon or other fish rich in fish oil and you will improve much more your skin smoothness and radiance.

Flax seeds are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, which play an important role in healthy skin. You can eat the seeds with cereals, salads or desserts.

Vitamin A is essential for the skin, as it is responsible for maintaining healthy dermis and prevent its aging. It is recommended as many dark orange vegetables (carrots, peppers) and dark green (broccoli, spinach), which are rich in vitamin A. Tomatoes are also rich in vitamins A, C and potassium. A healthy skin, to maintain balance and humidity needs B vitamins found in cereals, milk and wheat germ.

Vitamin C helps to produce collagen, which provide support to our tissues. A lack of vitamin C can cause bruising, loss of skin elasticity and resistance, and difficult on healing scratches. A bowl of strawberries and a large glass of fresh orange juice can provide the full necessary of vitamin C.

Vitamin E provide nice look to the skin, so it is recommended to eat nuts, foods with a high intake in this vitamin.

Apple vinegar has a number of properties in terms of miraculous healing of diseases and the contain a lot of enzymes that helps to eliminate dead cells and helps maintain a slim appearance and a tonic skin.

Besides a complete and balanced diet, exercise is recommended as another way to help the skin look fresh and young.
