Today I will show you the secrets for how to lose weight. The truth is we all seek the quickest and easiest way to solve things, including losing weight. Losing weight is not a quick or easy process, but if you see that appropriate advice can do it, and today I’ll show you how.
Losing weight too quickly is harmful
If you want to give you an idea, think how long did it take to gain the weight you want to lose now. If you take six months to win it would not be logical to try to lose it in six weeks. If it is technically possible to lose weight quickly, is very unhealthy for many reasons.
Losing any amount of weight requires sacrifice. To lose 2 pounds a week (the fastest pace and healthy to lose weight); you need to create a deficit of 1,000 calories per day. That means you need to eat 1,000 fewer calories than you burn each day. This is already a deficit that takes awhile to get used. Now imagine trying to lose even more weight, such as four pounds per week. A loss of weight at this rate implies a deficit of 2000 calories a day. That means that if your body burns 3000 calories a day you could eat only 1000 calories to lose 4 pounds a week. Not only is it very difficult to get used to the pace but is also harmful. With 1000 calories, it’s almost impossible to get all the nutrients (vitamins and minerals) that the body needs to function properly.
How the calorie deficit
The following is to implement the calorie deficit. If you still think to lose four pounds a week, good luck with a food deficit of 2,000 calories per day. We need to reduce your intake of food, much more and practice you are doing this for a long period of time for a significant weight loss. If you are not used to eating healthfully and exercise, this would be even more difficult mentally. After a few days of eating only 1000 calories a day and exercise for two hours or more you start to feel lethargic and begin to withdraw.
All these drastic changes to which you put on the body will not last long, and at least you know it will return to old habits because you did not appropriate an amount of time for your body adjusts to the new lifestyle. Cutting calories, exercise more and remove some of your favorite foods are not easy. You simply cannot wait to do this in such a short period of time. These diets in which you try to lose a significant amount of weight in a short time allowance known as lightning.
Lightning diets are not long-term solutions to weight problems. These work by severely limiting your caloric intake in hopes of a rapid weight reduction. As soon as you return to your normal eating habits, weight increase and probably end heavier than when you started the diet lightning.
How you lose weight the right way
The only healthy way to lose weight is slowly. Losing weight slowly, you will feel more energetic, healthier and solve your weight problem permanently. I will not be returning to temporary short-term remedies. Your deficit should not exceed 1000 calories per day. Instead of removing too many calories to meet your deficit increases your amount of exercise to burn more calories. If on one hand it is gratifying to reduce weight quickly today and tomorrow, you would not solve any health problems, the contrary, you would be doing worse.
Losing weight is important for the shape you want, but to get permanent results and a slim and toned, you need to do more than lose weight. You know the secrets that are in the flat abdomen to apply once and for all and see real results quickly.
