Lady Gaga has lost some weight in recent months, which could be due to her grueling touring schedule and, as she was saying the other day, simply being too busy to have the time to sit down to a proper meal. According to celebrity fitness trainer and author Harley Pasternak, who has worked with Gaga to prepare her for her tour, nothing is as easy as it seems and Gaga actually works hard to stay in such incredible shape, how Lady Gaga stays slim.

Lady Gaga is best known for her wild outfits, ambitious hairstyles and off-the-wall makeup although she does make great dance music too. But once you get past her kooky sense of fashion, you’ll find that Lady Gaga has a killer body hiding beneath all that. Not that this is much of a surprise since the pop star sings her way through tightly choreographed dance sequences that require a tremendous amount of endurance, strength and flexibility.

The Diet Plan of Lady Gaga

On an interview with the Daily Telegraph, Lady Gaga explained that she’s on a very strict healthy pop star diet plan (Low Carb Diet). “I don’t eat bread, just vegetables and salad and fish. Eating like that is much better for me anyway but on Sundays I sometimes eat pasta.” Celebrity fitness trainer of the stars and New York Times best selling author, Harley Pasternak prepares Lady Gaga for her tours and travels with her. He stressed to Hollywoodlife, a celebrity news and gossip site the benefits of his 5-factor diet plan three meals and two snacks daily that consist of lowfat protein, fiber, healthy carbs and fats. There’s also a sugar-free drink allowed with every meal. Clients are also allowed one “cheat day” a week on their diet plan.
