Angelina Jolie is an American actress who is as renowned for her exotic looks, full lips, wild child image, numerous tattoos and humanitarian work with refugees as for her acting ability. Angelina from movies such as “Mr. & Mrs. Smith” and “Tomb Raider” has received three Golden Globe Awards, two Screen Actors Guild Awards, and an Academy Award. Angelina’s Diet

Angelina uses Low Carbohydrate Diet as a weight management tool, but for “Laura Croft” she ate six small meals a day, each containing 1 portion of protein and and 1 portion of carbs. Angelina has said that she uses the 5-factor however this is not 100% verified.

Low Carbohydrate Diet is designed to switch your body into a state of ketosis by which your body uses fat as fuel, causing rapid weight loss. The diet consists of meats, cheeses, fats, and some leafy green vegetables keeping all carbohydrates to a minimum, and avoiding sugar, white flour, and starchy vegetables. Low carb followers claim to eat as much as they want of the allowed foods and still lose weight, or maintain their ideal weight. Exercise

For the Movie “Laura Croft Tomb Raider” she worked with a personal trainer 4 times a week, starting with cardio on a treadmill, kickboxing, canoeing, push-ups, street fighting and yoga.. Current Exercise routine is not known, but she has always been an advocate or regular exercise. Taking care of kids is a lot of running around too.
